The chimney drops down into the firebox
trapping the heat in the firebox
to heat the water and not the outside air -
but more importantly, it traps the gases from the wood
in the huge secondary burn chamber that we created
in the top of the firebox.
As soon as there is a flame, all of the gases get burnt,
extracting that much more energy from your wood,
that would otherwise be wasted!

a built-in heat exchanger to heat your domestic hot water
PLUS the cold weather package for FREE (normally $99).
No separate domestic Hot Water plate
or side-arm heat exchanger is needed
Nor is a tempering or mixing valve
needed, to avoid scalding water!!
This saves you almost $300.00!
You also get a thermostat to control the
water temperature in the furnace, automatically.
Along with a 75 CFM induction blower fan, in the back,
to feed air to the bottom of the fire,
like a blacksmith's forge.

The automatic damper is a
simple solenoid activated damper; that
opens and closes the door on the side of the fan,
so instead of it being a manual adjustment,
it will open and close that door 100%,
which will stop the air from drafting into the firebox
when the fan turns off.
According to our customers,
this saves a tremendous amount of wood
and gives you better temperature control in the furnace.
There aren't any circuit boards to fail
or fancy electronics to give any problem!
ALL the parts are off-the-shelf parts that can be purchased ANYWHERE!
No proprietary parts; you DON'T have to come to us to get any replacement part.
